• Financial
  If the product, plan design, finding, wellness, and communication initiatives recommended to your business subsequent to our analysis do not have a positive and substantive impact on the cost of your benefit program, we will work the following year for free (no commissions).
  

• Performance
  If you are dissatisfied with the performance of any of the products, vendors, or services implemented as a result of our analysis - upon renewal, we will work the following year for free (no commissions), for that specific product offering.

• Service
  If you are dissatisfied with the ongoing service that Group Benefit Strategies provides to your business as a result of transitioning your benefit program to our recommended products, we will work the following year for free (no commissions).

Disclosure about guarantees: We can only agree to the above financial guarantees to customers with over 100 employees enrolled in products sold. This is due to the fact that in most instances, carrier commission expense is included as part of the quoted rate and cannot be removed. With prospective customers who have 51 – 99 employees covered, we are willing to provide performance guarantees with financial penalties paid by GBS.
